We ship worldwide from Vienna, Austria. Every order is packed with care and sent out within 1–3 business days. Custom embroidery orders need an extra 2–3 business days for personalisation.

UK — free above £64
EU — free above €150
USA — free above $250
Canada — free above $250 CAD
Rest of the world — free above €200

We are a small business and every shipment has a real cost. When you choose free shipping you're letting us absorb that — we appreciate every thoughtful, considered order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your El Patito piece. If something isn't right — wrong size, wrong colour, changed your mind — we'll do our best to help.
What we ask: Items must be unwashed, unused and in their original condition. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
How it works: Get in touch at hello@elpatitotowels.com and tell us what happened. We'll figure out the best solution together — whether that's an exchange, store credit or a return.

- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Custom embroidered items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
Faulty or wrong item? If we made a mistake or something arrived damaged — we will always make it right. No questions, no hassle. Just email us with a photo and we'll sort it immediately.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
